The perfect candidate is a student who is going to be graduated in one of the following subjects:
- engineering
- mechanics
- telecommunications
- electronics
- computer science
- economics
- statistics
- physics
- mathematics
The candidate should be interested in working in a consulting organization dedicated to management consulting, ERP implementation, or ICT projects and support. He/She has a good interpersonal and teamwork attitude, a good knowledge of english and is available to travel and to work at the client's site in Italy and abroad.
Different stages configurations are possible with different durations and focus: the intent is to to test teh candidate attitudo in different areas and to address correctly the following hiring and and career path. A specific training will be provided both through courses and through real field experiences having a senior consultant as a coach.
Stage opportunities are available in all the main offices.
